Sole Smith talks about salaried workers and hour-paid workers and states workers who work for the extra hours cannot receive their paid and it does not match to the law. Some people have jobs that assign them over hours they should get the pay and they work free for the left hours. It is negative for people's positivity. I agree with it and I think it makes people no want to work hard for the left hours. Every employers, of course, want their labors work more for less cost. Salaried jobs are always with more works to do. If people cannot finish their works in certain hours, they have to do works for free. So I prefer the hour-paid jobs because it promotes people to work hard to earn their money. It seems fair to everyone.
